Estonian startup leaders club was formed in January 2009 by a group of people who participated on a 4-module startup leaders training program in autumn 2008.

After the training program was finished, the participants wanted to continue sharing their experiences and getting advice from people working on similar early stage startups. Most startups and CEO-s face similar daily issues - raising capital, setting up compensation models and options programs, hiring and organization culture, export sales etc.

• Share experiences and best practices on managing early-stage startups
• Business networking and meeting new experienced people (guest speakers)
• Promote entrepreneurship in Estonia and grow the community of startup founders
• Speak out on behalf of startups to improve government support programs, business law and other policies affecting entrepreneurs and startups

We expect our club members to get to know each other and cooperate closely. We use Skype multichat, Fakebook group, Linkedin group, our home page for daily communication. Club regular events  take place once per month on every second Thursday.
